How’s Your Heart?
How’s your heart? When you enter a room, do you see people’s faces gloomy? Excited? Encouraged? What type of emotions do you carry to attract others? When you encounter someone in despair… depressed, hopeless… what do you do? What if… you are that person who is always sad?
How about meditate on these verses:
Psalm 51:10 “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”
Better yet, to have a renewal of heart and mind, learn this verse:
2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
John 3:3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”
To those who have a hard heart, this scripture can help:
Ezekiel 36:26 “And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.” Jeremiah 24:7 “I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the LORD. They will be my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart. When we have the heart of God, we attract others to be better, to be joyful, peaceful, to be kindhearted and loving in the right way.”
